Recording Secretary/Administrative Assistant

JOB POSTING

GENERAL PURPOSE:

Provide general administrative support to the Authority Board and the Fire Department to include general filing, preparing documents and reports, submitting reports to municipalities and State agencies and attend meetings.

REQUIREMENTS:

•    High School Diploma/GED
•    25-30 hours per/month (flexible hours)
•    15.00 – 17.00 per hour (based on experience)
•    General computer skills (Word/Excel)    
•    Ability to attend Authority Board meetings 
•    Good communication skills (written/verbal)
•    Maintain confidentiality 
•    Pass physical/drug test and background investigation
